Hang 'Em High Poster

Rare UK Double-Crown Advance poster for the Clint Eastwood western "Hang Em High" (1968).

Print runs for Double-Crown format posters were always far smaller for that for the corresponding Quads (we show examples of the general release Quad & Double-Crown posters for reference). However, the DC here is even rarer, being an Advance poster which would have been used to hype interest before the general release of the film. Such Advance posters were printed in even smaller quantities as only the largest cinemas would have had room to use & display them - they generally featured relatively simple designs, the ad budget being focused more on general release advertising. This is the only such example we have ever seen of the Double-Crown Advance.

Poster folded with slight yellowing.
