Race To The Yankee Zephyr

Vic Fair prototype artwork for the 1981 crime adventure "Race To The Yankee Zephyr", the film set in the mountains of New Zealand. Both Vic Fair & John Stockle produced several "roughs" for the film poster. The printed Quad poster retains various elements of this Vic Fair design though the nature of the poster suggests that this later Vic Fair composition was also presented as a concept rather than the finished article.

The artwork (12"x 18") has been painted directly onto a much larger piece of paper. This item will be sent rolled in a tube.
