The Beast (1988)

Vic Fair concept artwork (22"x 31") for the film "The Beast" (1988).

The Beast was a low-budget film about a Soviet tank crew who become lost during the Soviet war in Afghanistan (the film was shot in Israel). A different setting & context but some similarities with the more recent "Fury" (2014). Fair's concept art was used as the basis for poster artwork in the US, Spain & Denmark (see the Intl US 1-Sheet - image courtesy of emovieposter).

Fair's artwork is a mix of colour wash, pen & ink illustration on paper affixed to polyboard. This item is sold without copyright, reproduction rights, licensing agreements or any other type of legal release.

NB. A supplementary P&P charge will be required for this item due to the size though UK buyers may collect by appointment.
